Continuing education is very important to our experienced, intelligent and motivated employees and to our firm's success. We support continuing education by sending our employees to industry events and registering them for workshops and webinars. We've also proudly paid the expenses involved with earning the Chartered Financial Analyst and Financial Risk Manager designations.
All of our employees have access to an online learning library, which supplements traditional methods of continuing education for professional development and career advancement. The library can be accessed at any time, from work or home.
At our Denver headquarters, we take the time to get to know the significant people in the lives of our colleagues.
Our leadership team conducts quarterly company meetings to provide all employees with an update on the state of our firm and a closer look into the strategic business initiatives.
Each year, we typically have 150+ donors at our Denver headquarters participate in a semi-annual blood drive for Children's Hospital and take some downtime with each other for a good cause in the community.
In addition to Children's Hospital, we partner with charitable organizations such as Habitat for Humanity and Attention Homes to provide employees with diverse volunteer opportunities to give back to our local communities.
