In addition to the traditional buyer and seller introductions, our capabilities extend well beyond the skills and expertise of a typical whole loan broker. Both our buy and sell-side clients receive extensive analytics and indicative price support in connection with every transaction. We can assist you in portfolio data preparation and provide you with pool and loan level indicative pricing, which includes transparent prepayment and default assumptions with loss severity and market yields based on the characteristics of each loan in your portfolio. As part of these analytics, you will receive detailed pricing and cash flows at a pool and loan level with detailed risk and return metrics. We continue to provide you with analytics support as your transactions progress and adjust pricing levels and expectations based upon due diligence results. This allows you to get the best available execution.

For our sell-side clients, we create and manage virtual data rooms, ensure executed non-disclosure agreements have been obtained, and oversee the offering and bid process. As part of these standard advisory services, we also offer transaction assistance including negotiation, documentation and transaction closing support.

We can take the worry out of acquiring assets with material defects

MountainView offers comprehensive due diligence coordination and review. We perform a loan level analysis in order to give you a clearer picture of the borrower and the value of the related loan. We will provide you with a comprehensive report that discloses deficiencies to you that might impair your ability to foreclose or resell an asset at a future date or potentially expose you to legal liability.

We will make your purchase documentation process easy

We provide industry standard documents including non-disclosure agreements, letters of intent, purchase contracts and closing documentation to facilitate your asset purchases. Our experienced advisors can assist you along the way and quickly resolve issues to prevent them from jeopardizing your transaction.

We will coordinate the transfer of assets to your loan servicer and collateral files to your custodian

Even after the deal closes, there is still work to be done in order to get the loans boarded with the loan servicer and getting the collateral files and any trailing documents safely to you or your custodian. MountainView will coordinate these activities for you and take the stress out of these technical administrative processes.

We will monitor the performance of your assets and keep you in the loop on performance issues

MountainView is focused on helping you optimize your returns by monitoring your portfolio. We will work with you to develop and implement a strategy for each loan in your portfolio. Unlike your loan servicer, MountainView will be on the look-out for favorable liquidation opportunities such as refinancing discounted loans or we will let you know when market conditions may make re-sale opportunities advantageous.
